- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I recently became accepted as a new patient at this office. When I called to book an appointment, Jolene the receptionist answered. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional-cutting me whenever I tried to speak and having me repeat the spelling of my name several times. Jolene made me feel as though booking a new patient appointment was an incredible burden for her and was not accommodating or genuine while trying to find an appropriate time for me to come in. This is not the type of experience I want to have when trying to deal with health related issues. Very disappointed, hopefully my appointment with my new doctor goes better than the first impression I received today.by B MermaidApril 09, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My boyfriend and his family have been coming here for years. I've recently started seeing my family doctor here and I must agree, most of the staff are rude, snippy, snarky, short, make uncalled, off comments delivered with attitude that shows they really don't care plus hate there work environment and jobs. It's quite off putting when you travel all the way from the Fraser Valley to be treated like junk by employees that have absolutely no right to treat people the way they do. The initial contact is so off putting that it usually sets a horrible tone for my doctor visit; especially when I have to explain to her another bad experience with the front end staff. FYI staff, you have a right to quit your jobs, you don not have a right to treat people like total crap because you're too miserable to look for a new one.by Jackie MessierApril 03, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been coming to this clinic for 30 year and must say that I think that the staff and Doctors are the best. Dr.Barron is my Doctor and he always treats my husband and I with the utmost of respect. For the most part I have been healthy but recently I have had a few health issues and Dr. Barron has been wonderful. I want to thank him for his care.by Joanne KJanuary 14, 2017
